Description

Since 1998, Omni-Serv has been providing manpower for a multitude of airport services. We are seeking SORA certified security professionals to secure construction enclosures within the terminal areas.

Job Scope:

Performs all duties of monitoring and escorting non-cleared visitors and personnel while in controlled access areas (CAA) or in other locations within the airport facilities and grounds. Security Escorts are responsible for making sure no sensitive material leaves the site and no unauthorized persons enter.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for escorting all non-cleared visitors, personnel, janitorial/maintenance crews, and/or contractors performing work in secure areas of the airport as directed by the supervisor to ensure that secure areas remain uncompromised

2. Supervises the movement of tools and materials being brought into controlled access areas, ensuring all items are cleared by designated security personnel before entry

3. Responsible for control and safe operation of job-related equipment and supplies

4. Prepares and submits incident reports of any work-related problems or security incidents to the appropriate sections.

5. Ensure access points are secured

Requirements

· Excellent time-management

· Must be able to multi-task.

· Must be dependable and flexible on availability.

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Required Education and Experience:

· Must have a valid SORA License

· Previous security experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

· Security escorts are required to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

Compensation: $19 per hour

Salary : $19
