What Does this Position Entail?
This position is responsible for producing pre-rolled joints and prepares inventory to meet production and customer needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for-
- Weighing product on scale or machine accurately and to company standards
- Weighing concentrates into 1g and .5g units
- Filling vape cartridges by hand or by machine, packages, labels and seals package
- Engraving, filling and labeling PAX pods
- Producing firecrackers, painting joints, coating with kief, tubing and sealing
- Making kief using the kief machine
- Keeping accurate tracking information on start and end times
- Keeping products properly labeled and in compliance
- Training new crew members and assisting leads when needed
- Supporting and adhering to company Standards of Conduct & Discipline
- Maintaining a clean and organized work space throughout the day and participating in end of shift cleaning tasks
