Registered Associate Therapist

We are seeking highly trained, dedicated Associate Therapists (AMFT, APCC, ACSW) to join our outpatient private practice in Chula Vista, CA. Our experienced team is committed to supplying excellent care while following legal and ethical regulations.

We take pride in the supportive atmosphere we have created and are focused on making our practice a great place to work for all. We provide our members with full intake, billing, and referral services in order to enable them to focus solely on offering excellent care.

This job necessitates a minimum one-year commitment and up to 40 hours each week (full benefits offered for 40 hours). $30 - $42 hourly

• Providing support to parents as part of the care
• Documentation in a timely way (within policy guidelines)
• Willing to work collaboratively with a team
• Assess and create treatment plans for individual, family and couples counseling
• Supervision is provided
• Provide care and complete documentation
• Schedule future appointments of active clients
• Admin rate pay is also provided

• Counseling : 2 years (required)
• Passion for working with youth and early intervention
• Understanding of mental health disorders
• Highest Ethical Standards and follow all legal guidelines
• Open to learning from our talented clinicians
• Google Docs and Gmail for internal communications
• Prior experience in outpatient counseling (preferred)
• Experience working with military families (preferred)
• Experience as an effective outpatient provider (preferred)
• Prior Telehealth experience (preferred)
• Desire to connect with the team and attend social events (preferred)
