📍 Location: Kawasan Industri Wijaya Kusuma, Semarang

Main Responsibilities
Pre-shipment:
- Prepare and archive Purchase Orders and Order Analysis.
- Prepare and archive export documents: Invoice, Packing List, PEB/NPE, and Bill of Lading (BL).
Shipment:
- Verify PEB/NPE.
- Submit final data and verify the BL draft.
Post-shipment:
- Prepare Certificates of Origin (COO) and distribute export documents to customers (BL, CIPL, COO, Mill Test Certificate).
- Monitor customer payments.
- Verify vendor invoices.
- Assist with quality management system documents (ISO 9001:2015 and 5S).
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an admin.
- Good English communication skills.
- Knowledge of export procedures and COO preparation (preferred).
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to work under deadlines.
- Available to start immediately.
