GRS Community Management is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join the team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can handle day-to-day maintenance tasks while also coordinating projects and working with vendors to keep our community in top shape
Join us as an onsite Maintenance Technician in Hypoluxo, Fl where your skills will contribute significantly to the upkeep of our facilities while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.
This position is Monday through Friday (40 hour week) on call Saturday and Sunday.
Rate is $22 and up based on experience
Responsibilities:
Lead maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.
Responsible for day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of community facilities and common areas
Troubleshoot issues effectively
Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential problems and perform necessary repairs or contact licensed vendor when necessary
Collaborate with team members to develop maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks
Skills:
Ability to read and understand schematics for various systems
Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices
Excellent Customer Service skills to interact effectively with staff and residents
Proficiency in English for clear communication
