Summary:
GRUBBRR is seeking a bright, highly motivated entry-level Deployment Technician with a solid technology background coupled with strong interpersonal skills looking to jump-start their career through hands-on training and experience at a growing FinTech company. Responsibilities:
- Stage and configure new hardware/software for upcoming deployments
- Assist and contribute to research and development projects
- Assist warehouse supervisor with packing and shipping deployments, if needed
- Perform hardware/software installation and support, internal and customer-facing
- Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation
- Contribute to the improvement of existing knowledge base documentation
- Analyze system issues to evaluate root cause and develop solutions to resolve
- Tests solutions and documents specifications, modifications or design changes
- Provide the preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution for complex technical incidents to ensure satisfaction
- May consult with additional technology resources to solve issues requiring other specialized technical support
- Identifies trends relating to systems problems for the company
- Recommends systems modifications to reduce problems and increase productivity
- Occasional travel required for hardware installation/partner training
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in computer related field or equivalent education/certifications
- Must own a vehicle and have a valid Florida Driver License
- Must reside in South Florida, within easy commute to Boca Raton (in-office job)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to prioritize daily tasks
- Strong troubleshooting skills of computer hardware/software and connection issues
- Must demonstrate good judgment, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience resolving hardware and software technical issues
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
- Able to lift heavy objects
