**Must have current and proven multi-family apartment maintenance experience to be considered**

Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician:
- Maintain good public relations with residents and vendors
- Assist with annual apartment inspections and identifying action items
- Report violations of lease and house rules
- Timely completion of maintenance request, work orders and ensure tenant’s maintenance needs are being met
- Work with manager to schedule vendors and order necessary supplies
- Perform preventative maintenance duties
- Maintaining excellent curb appeal
- Follow policies and procedures

Requirements
Job Requirements for Maintenance Technician:
- Minimum 2 solid years of current and proven experience in multi-family apartment maintenance
- Basic knowledge and experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, minor fixes such as patching a wall, fixing a doorknob, appliance repair, unit turnovers, and work orders.
- Basic familiarity with use of computers and technology. Navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
- Valid CA Driver’s License and auto insurance
- Reliable Transportation
- Able to work Monday-Friday schedule 8am-5pm and on-call as needed
Salary : $21 - $22
