General Responsibilities
GSG Wealth Management is a comprehensive financial planning firm seeking a Wealth Management Advisor. In this role, the professional will work with clients and the GSG team to analyze the clients’ financial situation, create financial plans, and implement the plan to make their goals a reality. Along with 14 other members of the GSG team, this associate will ensure the continuation of an efficient, effective, and organized office. Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
· Work with client to create a comprehensive financial plan that addresses their goals
· Deliver sound and unbiased financial advice in the areas of investment, insurance, and estate planning
· Provide ongoing support and service to your clients
· Effectively maintain client relationships and lead clients to take meaningful action
· Work with operations, research, and planning on financial plan implementation
· Schedule appointments and meetings with potential clients
· Conduct introductory, fact finding, recommendation, presentation, and review meetings with prospects and clients
· Contribute to the marketing efforts of the firm
· Learn about the firm's target markets and choose a target market or specialty, in which to gain expertise
· Understand and support the firm’s vision, mission and strategy
· Complete strategic initiatives and projects as assigned by GSG Partners and/or Practice Manager
Qualifications and Expectations
· Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Series 7 and 63 registrations
- Indiana Life and Health License
· 5 years relevant experience
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy in handling detailed work
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to collaborate effectively with others
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
