Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Team Development

• Work with recruitment to hire top talent
• Connect with service staff and event teams using a people-first approach.
• Implement training and retention programs for hospitality excellence.
• Support General Managers in leadership development.
• Develop sales training to enhance guest engagement.

Operations & Performance Management | Hospitality & Guest Experience

• Set and maintain service standards for memorable experiences.
• Conduct training and team meetings on hospitality practices.
• Create feedback systems for service improvement.
• Enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs for service quality and establish performance metrics with GMs
• Optimize staffing efficiency without compromising service.
• Oversee staff development and recognition.
• Work with VP to standardize best practices.
• Boost F&B sales through service excellence training.
• Design sales incentive programs.
• Align training with marketing initiatives.
• Enhance events to maximize guest spending.

Requirements

• 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment venues.
• Strong people leadership skills with proven ability to hire, train, coach, and drive team accountability.
• Demonstrated passion for high-energy hospitality and exceptional guest service.
• Track record of driving food & beverage sales through service excellence.
• Dynamic, people-first leadership style.
• Expertise in managing service metrics, labor costs, and sales performance.
• Willingness to travel periodically to various locations.
