Cutters/Routers Primary Responsibilities May Include:

• Take printed stock and cut to the proper dimensions as called for on the production order
• Operate a large router to make details custom cuts for various types of printed stock
• Read work order and verify all fabrication, that needs to be accomplished before cutting, is completed
• Cut in accordance with priorities set by Supervisor
• Report any issues or problems relating to signage to be cut to management
• Maintain all safety and cleanliness standards

Qualifications, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

• Experience with Cutting and Router machines
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage large workload, while producing quality work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions and deadlines
• Mechanical Aptitude, preferred
• Manage large workload, and maintain high quality and accuracy of work
• Knowledgeable in basic math, fractions, and percentages
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Available for weekend work shifts & overtime as required
• Ability to work alone and under minimal supervision

The Digital Press Operator is responsible for setting up, running and organizing print jobs. Responsibilities include verifying the stock, ink and text of printed documents are correct and match the work order. Additionally, the Digital Press Operator is required to make the necessary press adjustments to ensure the printed products meet GSP quality standards and print efficiency standards. The Digital Press Operator is responsible for the cleanliness and safety of the press, their press line and surrounding area, and the proper daily use and maintenance of the equipment required for Digital production. The Digital Press Operator will assist with training and coaching of others as required.

Position Responsibilities:

• Ability to set-up and run a minimum of two different press types (cross training will be provided)
• Verify information on work order is correct
• Set up jobs in accordance with GSP and industry specifications
• Make press adjustments as required to ensure quality standards are met
• Communicate technical issues or problems to Digital Managers
• Complete daily & weekly paperwork/tracking as required
• Strong grasp of GSP's workflow, processes and procedures
• Complete maintenance logs and report press downtime as required
• Maintain cleanliness of press & press area, performing basic machine maintenance
