What You Will Do
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and pinpoint potential markets and clients to deliver business growth
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Act as a primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with engineering, accounting, quality, material and production control, and logistics.
- 4-year degree in sales, marketing, or business-related field.
- Experience dealing with customers and account management.
- Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or automotive market experience is a plus.
- Customer-focused, with active listening skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, business writing, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to track changing priorities, customer activities, and sales data.
- Analysis, return on investment (ROI), competition, new trends, and markets.
- Negotiation, contract review, pricing and costs, final phase-out dates, and dead stock.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, advance level in Excel applications.
