Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advertising concepts for healthcare professionals and consumer audiences.
- Present and refine creative work, explaining the "big idea" to the team.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors and Associate Creative Directors to set visual standards.
- Mentor and develop Art Directors and creative team members.
- Partner with Strategy on research, positioning, and messaging.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.
- 4-6 years of agency experience, with some of that time at a healthcare agency.
- Strong digital/integrated experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Portfolio that shows ability to concept, develop and execute creative solutions.
