1st shift with hours of 7:30a-4:30p. Must be dependable, personable, and possess a positive attitude.
Must have experience with warehouse shipping/receiving, inventory, handling cash and processing
credit cards, and wide range product knowledge. Applicant needs to have intermediate knowledge of
computers.

Requirements
LANGUAGE SKILLS
The Counter Sales/ Inside Sales person must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. They communicate with fellow GT employees, supplier personnel, and customer personnel ranging from purchasing agents, maintenance people, operators on the line to middle and senior management. Oral communication must be clear and quotes must be accurate.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Inside Sales regularly use Microsoft Office products, GT’s ERP system and GT’s CRm system.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Inside Sales must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. These skills are necessary in many aspects of the job. Large-scale opportunities often involve long lists of items.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the Counter Sales/ Inside Sales person is regularly required to use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear and sit for long periods of time. They will also be required to use hands and arms to feel, lift, grab, push, pull, and reach as well as bending, squatting, standing, walking and sitting. Counter Sales/Inside Sales personnel must also be able to lift 60 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Very high energy, sometimes stressful or demanding deadlines and deliverables. The work environments at customer sites may not be climate controlled, meaning that personnel assigned to those locations may be exposed to heat in the summer and cold in the winter for prolonged periods.
