Responsibilities
- Assemble, package, and inspect products according to work instructions
- Operate basic manufacturing and production equipment
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Report equipment issues or product defects to supervisors
- Assist with material handling and inventory as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs, with or without accommodation
- Basic mechanical or manufacturing experience is a plus (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
