✔ Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Master’s Degree preferred)
✔ The Senior Program Manager must have 10 years of experience in program management, facility planning, or operations leadership
✔ 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams
✔ Proven track record in the design and launch of new manufacturing facilities
✔ Strong ability to coordinate with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
✔ Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

- Partner with Company ownership to develop and execute strategic facility expansion plans.
- Establish budgets, schedules, and operational strategies to ensure smooth facility launches.
- The Senior Program Manager will monitor and enforce timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, and leadership teams to align facility goals with business needs.
- Senior Program Manager will directly interface with customers, vendors, contractors, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Evaluate and mitigate operational risks as facility processes are developed.
- The Senior Program Manager will ensure customer satisfaction, safety, and quality objectives are met during facility launches.
- Organize and manage all tasks related to facility design, resource allocation, and production setup.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing and operational efficiencies.
