Overview
We are seeking someone ambitious and passionate about playing a critical role in the maintenance and growth of our organization. We are looking for an Ancillary Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Scottsdale, AZ. This in-office position also offers the flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week after completion of training.
Responsibilities :
- RFP Preparation : Includes collecting, reviewing and filing all prospect data, target pricing, network analysis, utilization review, submitting RFPs to the appropriate markets, negotiation, and preparation and review of client facing proposals / spreadsheet
- Timely Follow-Up : Respond to client and carrier inquiries in an accurate and timely manner
- Account Management : Manage accounts assigned in a timely manner ensuring internal / external compliance and deadlines are met
- Communication : Liaison between internal departments to provide communication and support to external stakeholders
- Prioritization & Planning : Plan, prioritize and complete day-to-day workload, considering new business, renewal business and day-to-day service responsibilities for the accounts assigned in a timely manner ensuring internal and external deadlines are met
- Liaison : Initiate communication with Underwriting to prioritize objectives and assist in transition between field and home office
- Ad Hoc : Other duties and projects as assigned
