What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Attendant position at Guardian Cleaners LLC?

- Full-time and Part-time
- Monday - Friday 10am to 6pm, 11am to 7pm or 12pm to 8pm
- Must be able to work some weekends
- Must have reliable transportation
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restrooms and any other designated area by supervisor
- Complete cleaning/sanitizing of restrooms
- Gathering and disposing of trash
- Cleaning windows, if needed
- Disinfecting areas, as directed by supervisor
- Potential cleaning areas that contain bodily fluids (ie. Blood, vomit)
- Daily activities may include bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching above head for items, pushing and pulling janitorial cart.
- Lifting up to 25 pounds
- Notify supervisor of deficiencies or repaired required
- Stock and maintain cleaning supplies
- Utilizing supplies to avoid waste
- Documenting cleaning with daily check list
- Effectively communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Must adhere to all safety protocols
- Abide by company policies
- Professional and clean appearance
