Project Coordinator – Construction
A Commercial General Contracting company located in Carrollton is looking for a hands-on, dynamic, self-motivated, multi-tasking Project Coordinator to join our rapidly growing family. This position will be required to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This position will work closely with owners, management, Account Managers and Sales Managers, Project Managers, office staff and third-party partners such as clients and vendors.
Responsibilities:
o Work closely with Account and Project managers facilitating project requirements
- Monitoring project process, performance, and budgetary conditions
o Create proposals to provide to clients
o Create job contract for subcontractors
o Identify and facilitate various permitting tasks
o Enter data in various Google Sheet logs
o Send approved client contracts to corporate office
- Create a new job request form for all new jobs created
o Order and tracking of material for jobs
o Schedule/monitor site equipment pickups and deliveries
o Coordinate Weekly Project Manager team meeting
o Sub- contractor/ vendor liaison
o Update job status for team
o Send invoices to client
Applicants must:
o Must have Construction experience, Multifamily industry a
o Exhibit strong office skills and knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel and Google Suite.
o Strong organizational skills.
o Knowledge of Builder Trend or Company Cam a .
o Ability to multi task, answering phones, scanning/copying documents, placing orders for services.
o Be able to meet required deadlines.
o Attention to detail.
o Self-motivated with an ability to quickly grasp new ideas and tasks.
o Dedication to providing quality work for clients and team.
o Possess integrity and trustworthiness.
o Team oriented and goal driven.
o At least 2 years of experience in an office environment with references.
o Bi-lingual (Spanish) a HUGEplus
Full-time position is Monday – Friday 7:30a-4p.
Regular holidays and PTO.

Pay will be based on experience and qualifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
