Operate Heavy-Duty Rollback, and recovery vehicle with a GVWR rating of more than 26,000 lbs. and must possess a valid CDL driver’s license relative to the vehicle being operated and towed combination.

Qualifications/Requirements 

• Possess and maintain a valid Class A driver’s license.
• At least two (2) years of heavy hauling / commercial driving experience
• Pass a background check, drug screen, and driving record check.
• Ability to operate an electric lift, hand truck, and pallet jack.    
• Must be able to obtain twic and port passes and a PVDL license.
• Time management skills; Attention to detail and accuracy when documenting work, hours, and information.
• Ability to work variable hours which may include weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Strong customer service skills, professional demeanor; ability to communicate calmly and effectively with Dispatch and customers
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to use tools.
• Must be able to speak, write and communicate in English

Responsibilities and Duties

• Reliable, strong customer service and professional demeanor
• Ability to communicate and work closely with Dispatch.
• Ability to follow all safety requirements and DOT rules and regulations.
• Maintain clean truck inside and out, removing all trash/debris daily.
• Immediately report any issue that restricts the ability to complete the dispatch in a timely manner.
• Follow all company policy and procedures in regards towing, recovery, and road service, including the removal of drive shafts and axels.
• Ability to work with software programs, mobile devices i.e., Samsara, GPS, and towbook 
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
Job requires lifting, crawling, pulling, constant use of hands, significant bending and reaching, climbing. significant physical strength and stamina. Ability to lift and pull at least 50 lbs. good hearing and vision required.
