What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fixed Wing Pilot position at Guardian Flight?
Guardian Flight is hiring a Fixed Wing Pilot to provide medical air transportation services. The ideal candidate will be qualified to fly our King Air C90 aircraft and work 14/21 shifts day or night.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with medical experts to safely transport patients
- Ensure aircraft readiness and maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, and partners
- Meet elevated standards in safety and service
Minimum Qualifications:
- Commercial Airplane Multi Engine Land (C-AMEL) Required
- Willingness to obtain ATP within 5 years of employment
- Valid driver's license and current FAA Medical Certificate
- 5000 hours of flight experience, including 2000 fixed-wing hours and 1000 PIC hours
Working Conditions:
- Work outside in various weather conditions
- May require de-icing, towing, and maneuvering the plane
