IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 3 years of phone customer service experience
• 1 years inside sales or lead setting experience
• 1 years live scheduling experience preferred
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to follow multiple scripts
• Empathy for our customers and team
• Service Titan or applicable CRM software preferred
• Experience working within multiple software’s at one time
• Degree or certification related to sales, marketing or business strongly preferred
• Roofing Industry experience preferred (or HVAC, countertops, electrical, garage doors, etc)
• Works with a sense of urgency to serve customers and other team members to get the job done
• 65 WPM
