The Marketing Manager will help lead the Marketing team in project management and goal alignment and communication across departments. The right candidate will oversee product marketing, lead generation, marketing automation, and content creation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving demand for our products and supporting partner business development initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent creative and analytical skills who can develop, implement, and measure the impact of marketing initiatives, oversee the creation of engaging content, and utilize marketing automation tools to optimize lead generation and customer engagement. The Marketing Manager will help lead the Marketing team in project management and goal alignment and communication across departments. The right candidate will oversee product marketing, lead generation, marketing automation, and content creation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving demand for our products and supporting partner business development initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent creative and analytical skills who can develop, implement, and measure the impact of marketing initiatives, oversee the creation of engaging content, and utilize marketing automation tools to optimize lead generation and customer engagement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in product marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Pardot, or similar platforms. (Certifications are a major plus.)
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong content creation skills with experience producing various types of marketing materials.
  • Experience supporting partner business development efforts through marketing initiatives.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing or technology industries is a plus.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and paid digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and integration with marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of partner marketing strategies and co-marketing programs.

Responsibilities

  • Product Marketing:
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to promote new and existing products, highlighting features and benefits that resonate with target audiences.
  • Create product messaging, value propositions, and positioning that align with customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure that marketing campaigns effectively communicate product updates, launches, and enhancements
Lead Generation:
  • Design and implement lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid ads, and events, to drive qualified leads into the sales funnel.
  • Develop strategies to target key customer segments and industries, optimizing lead acquisition and nurturing processes.
  • Continuously analyze lead generation performance, making data-driven adjustments to campaigns to maximize conversion rates.
Marketing Automation:
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to drive engagement, lead nurturing, and customer retention.
  • Create and execute automated email marketing campaigns, segmentation, and workflows to nurture leads through the buyer’s journey.
  • Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of data within marketing automation platforms, maintaining clean and up-to-date contact lists.
Content Creation:
  • Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including blogs, case studies, white papers, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Tailor content to target audiences and different stages of the sales funnel, from awareness to decision-making.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing marketing assets that support product promotions and lead generation efforts.
Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, from initial strategy development to post-campaign analysis.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business goals and sales objectives.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and business development teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with company goals.
  • Communicate marketing strategies, campaigns, and results to internal stakeholders, providing visibility into key metrics and achievements.
  • Serve as a liaison between marketing and partner teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all partner activities.
