Guardian Veterinary Specialists, opened in March 2018 in beautiful northern Westchester County, NY. A state of the art 29,000 square-foot specialty and 24-hour emergency facility. Guardian Veterinary Specialists has the most advanced diagnostic equipment and treatment methods available along with a full complement of dedicated support personnel.
Guardian Veterinary Specialists is seeking Client Care Representatives (CCRs) for full and part-time positions to join out team. Hours may be flexible as we are a 24-hour emergency and specialty veterinary hospital. Shifts vary from 7am to 7am including holidays and weekends. We are currently in need of over night CCR's. CCRs provide the first and last impression of each client’s visit to our hospital. CCRs are responsible for providing excellent client care and communications, as well as clear and timely communications with our medical staff.
Qualifications include ability to perform clerical work with speed and accuracy, must be adept at using a multiple-line telephone system, handling and processing cash and other forms of payment. Must be able to learn veterinary management software.
