What are the responsibilities and job description for the Managing Security Advisor, IAM IGA - remote position at GuidePoint Security, LLC?

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the implementation success for SailPoint projects including design oversight, implementation oversight, resource oversight, project problem solving, and internal status reporting.
- Responsible for managing SailPoint resource training including certifications for the purpose of achieving and maintaining admiral status.
- Assist with pre-sales and SOW development to the extent possible given project delivery commitments.
- Help get new resources up to speed on existing projects and SailPoint training materials.
Qualifications:
- Ten plus years of hands-on experience with designing, architecting & building IAM solutions across various technologies.
- Strong verbal and writing skills to develop technical documentation and presentations
- Experience in leading technical architecture and security design discussions
- Experience leading technical teams or individuals
- Experience with consultative and complex technical deployment projects, managing various stakeholder relationships
- 6 year's experienced in scoping and sizing complex projects
- 6 years' experience in responding to RFPs and developing statement of work
- Understanding of common IAM industry standards and best practices
Educational/Certifications Qualifications Desired:
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field
