Position Summary

The Patient Experience Representative is one of leads and drivers of patient experience Service Model at Sanitas Medical Centers. As the first face, she/he welcomes and assists patients, their families and visitors entering the Medical Center.

Employees working in this capacity understand the importance of Sanitas patient service foundation and serve as a liaison to promote the culture at their assigned locations. They answer questions, provide information and direct patients to the Medical Center location and/or service they need, thus creating an atmosphere in the Medical Center that is caring, yet efficient.

Essential Job Functions

  • Super user and champion of Sanitas Service Model
  • Cordially greets visitors and patients upon arrival.
  • Ascertains patients and or visitors needs and directs them accordingly.
  • Provides assistance to patients and visitors by obtaining wheelchairs, or other services as needed.
  • Escorts or transports patients who need help to their destination within the clinic.
  • Assists patients entering or exiting vehicles.
  • Assists patients in calling for a Cab as needed.
  • Keeps the front driveway clear and unobstructed for patient and visitor drop-off and pick-up.
  • Contacts Facilities Management, for assistance when necessary.
  • Monitors the overall appearance of the Medical Center entrance.
  • Elite team member with extensive knowledge of internal processes how attends to the needs of patients while at the center.
  • Excellent organization skills. Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet the patients needs
  • Excellent Knowledge of the areas in the centers and its amenities
  • Able to resolve and find solutions for patients and their families in a timely matter while at the centers
  • Understands patient workflows and supports navigation throughout the visit.
  • Supervises the floor to identify any delays and wait times in lobby and advises front desk personnel or manager of prolonged delays
  • Well informed of internal and external events
  • Well connected for both internal and external resources to answer patient questions
  • Able to identify and address needs spontaneously
  • Able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Performs related duties as required.
