Job Description and Responsibilities:
Provides supervision and assistance to consumers at home and in the community. Must be aware and follows all safety policies and procedures and adheres to all recommended safe work practices. Ensures the safety and well-being and promotes independence to the individuals we serve. Assists consumers with personal care such as bathing and dressing to assist consumers in daily self-care.*Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Help consumers with the management of all medications. Provide household services, such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, etc.). Transports and monitors consumers to and from various activities. Ensures documentation of all things listed on ISP and reports all information to the House Manager. Performs other duties as required or as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
