- Provides customer service to potential animal adopters via phone and through walk in visits.
- Creates animal adoption packets
- Provide miscellaneous office support as needed
- Provides first point of contact to potential adopters about various animals
- Creates animal adoption packets for each shelter animal and includes behavioral and health information
- Provides office support to the Volunteer Coordinator as needed
- May provide basic animal care and cleaning as required

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
KSA Required KSA Preferred
- Basic knowledge of animal care and behavior
- Basic knowledge of customer service procedures
- Must sign GCAS Liability Agreement
- Must complete GCAS training
- Must be able to work varied shifts as needed from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. (up to 20 hours each week) with one weekend shift per week.
- Pay: $15.00 per hour
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and manage smaller animals as required.
