Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services.
• Maintain store-owned gear and complete warranty repair work efficiently and effectively.
• Develop product knowledge and sales skills through our certification program.
• Train and support colleagues to ensure seamless communication and information sharing.

Requirements:

• Skilled understanding of guitar repair and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Guitar Center products and services is preferred.
