Key Responsibilities:
- Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments.
- Assist in maintaining specific store inventory.
- Build and increase business through great customer experience and quality work.
Requirements:
- Understand customer service principles and provide an excellent customer experience.
- Develop knowledge and skills including product, store operations, sales, and leadership.
- Effectively train learners and communicate information and techniques.
