In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing expert maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments and store inventory
- Assisting in maintaining specific store inventory levels
- BUILDING AND INCREASING BUSINESS THROUGH GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND QUALITY WORK
You'll also have the chance to:
- Develop foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
- Train learners and communicate information and techniques effectively
