Overview

We are seeking a highly organized self-starter to join our team as Administrative Assistant at Gulf Church, located inside Paragon Theaters in Naples, FL. This role assists the Lead Pastor with office management tasks like volunteer scheduling, payroll and more. You don't need to have a religious affiliation to apply- you would be warmly welcomed on the team regardless of your background.

Hourly Commitment

5 hours per week (Sundays 9:30-11:30am on site, plus 3 midweek hours remotely)

Duties

  • Manage volunteer scheduling across all teams.
  • Manage payroll.
  • Check mailbox weekly and process accordingly.
  • Work with Finance team to manage donations and accounts payable (we will train you on this).
  • Other administrative tasks and projects at the Lead Pastor's discretion.

Skills

  • Must be highly organized.
  • Must be comfortable with learning new administrative software.
  • Must have fluency in written and verbal English language.
  • Must have strong communication skills.
  • Experience with church office environments is a plus.
