Job Title: Machine Operator / Manufacturing
Job Description:
- Your primary role is to manually handle and roll coils to produce items according to the issued work orders.
- Manually "spinning down" gutter coil by hand. Involves a lot of lifting and manually labor.
- Your secondary role would be to operate our roll forming machines safely to produce items according to the issued work orders
- Setting up the machinery for operation.
- Operating machinery and equipment safely and according to instructions
- Performing quality control and following record-keeping procedures
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance
- Troubleshooting issues
- Keeping the machine clean and keeping your work area clean and organized
- Keeping your materials organized and in stock and keeping a count of your materials
Machine Operator Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Must be able to come to work every day
- Must be detail-oriented
- Previous machine operating experience and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Ability to lift 100 pounds
Certified and experienced sit-down and stand-up lift operators are a plus. We operate Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM.
