Hotel Front Desk Associate
Associates of this hotel will be part of the flagship property of the ECHO Suites Extended Stay By Wyndham hotel brand. This location is scheduled to be among the 1 st of this new, fast-growing brand to open. Being in a prime location within the Plano-Frisco area of the DFW Metroplex, the hotel will experience increased visibility and exposure with guests as well as Wyndham and hotel executives and leadership.

The Front Desk Associate is the face of the hotel. In this role you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all hotel guests, checking guests in and out of the hotel, managing reservations, and resolving any guest issues that arise. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong dedication to providing the highest level of service. Honesty and integrity must be paramount in all that you do.
