Description
Gulfport Academy is looking for a dependable, reliable, honest, and patient person who loves children. Must be able to interact with children, staff, and families. Must be able to clean, maintain a classroom, and be energetic. Must be able to comply with company policies and work as a team player. Must exhibit consistency with work schedule at all times. Must be able to work with toddlers, change diapers, potty train, and full fill a daily schedule with a curriculum.
Job Type: Full time position 630-330
Salary: $11.00 per hour
Mandatory Requirements:
- Reliable/ Must be able to work all hours and be to work on time
- Ability to maintain a safe and controlled environment for children.
- Patience with small children
- Ability to work in a professional environment
- Ability to follow training instructions provided by Gulfport Academy.
- Must be able to work with children of different ages.
- Must be able to pass background investigation. Gulfport Academy pays for the background check.
- Must have shot record/121 Form or obtain it quickly upon hire.
Desired Requirements:
- At least 6 months experience teaching or assisting at a Daycare facility
- Associates Degree

- Gulfport Academy Preschool Hours are from 6:30am to 6:00pm. Employee will have a set schedule, full time or part-time that is within those hours
