Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring adherence to budget, scope, and timeline.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, engineers, field personnel, and subcontractors.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant safety regulations, codes, and quality standards.
- Participate in the estimation and bidding process for new projects.
- Prepare regular project reports and updates for senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and project delivery outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in mechanical construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or other mechanical systems commonly used in commercial or industrial projects.
- Proficiency in project management software
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A stable and consistent local work history is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- PMP certification is a plus.
