Job Description:

Drivers provide non-emergency transportation to scheduled medical appointments and other scheduled events.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Provide safe transportation of clients to and from medical appointments and other scheduled events.
2. Use iPad for proper documentation of trip records.
3. Provide weekly inspection reports and timecards to the office in a timely manner.
4. Maintain vans according to company policy.
5. Show courtesy and respect to all clients, caregivers, facility staff persons, and other drivers.
6. Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.

Valid driver’s license in Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Iowa
