Job Description
Gunderson Dettmer has an opening for a Venture Fund Paralegal in our Silicon Valley office. Currently, we are working remotely and remote work will be required until the Silicon Valley office reopens. The Venture Fund Paralegal will perform duties supporting activities related to fund formation and organization of funds. Responsibilities include maintaining fund formation checklists, tracking investor responses, filing Certificates of Formation/Limited Partnership for general partner, main fund, side fund (s) and management company, distributing closing documents to limited partners and preparing closing volumes.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in the Venture Fund practice area.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good judgment, initiative and flexibility.
Educational Requirements
- BS/BA degree.
Status
- Full Time, Non-Exempt.
