Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) Level III

Description

• This position is contingent on a future opening with Gunnison.
  
  

Salary: $130,000-$150,000

Work location: On site in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The NQV Level III oversees the RMF process, validates system security, and ensures compliance for Navy networks and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science from an accredited college or university.
• Five (5) years of professional experience managing Information Assurance Technical (IAT) personnel, certification agents, and system engineers to ensure compliance with DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements and the Department of Navy CIO Information Assurance Policy for Platform IT Systems.
• Professional experience in support of the Department of Navy (DON) or Department of Defense (DoD) is preferred.
  
  

Minimum Certification(s)

• Current Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) Level III certification
• At least one IAM 2 certification (CISSP, CISM, CASP, CAP, GSLC)
  
  

Clearance Requirement: Active DOD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

The salary range for this position depends upon multiple factors including location, the individual's knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, and contract-specific budget constraints and organizational requirements.
