Job Title: GitHub Copilot & Amazon Q Developer
Location: Atlanta, GA

We are seeking a Software Engineer with deep expertise in generative AI, specifically GitHub Copilot and Amazon Q, to design and lead immersive developer sprints.
Required Skills & Expertise:
Generative AI & Platform Knowledge:
- Advanced hands-on expertise with GitHub Copilot (including Copilot Chat and Enterprise features)
- Deep familiarity with Amazon Q, including /dev commands and Q for Business use cases
- Skilled in prompt engineering and agentic orchestration strategies
- Solid understanding of LLM fundamentals, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and internal codebase reasoning
- Awareness of AI ethics, data privacy, and secure AI deployment practices
Technical Development Skills:
- Advanced programming skills in at least one core language: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java
- Proficient with IDEs such as VS Code and JetBrains suite
- Strong understanding of GitHub Flow, Agile methodologies, and version control practices
- Intermediate knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
- Solid experience in testing, debugging, and performance tuning
