Appointment Scheduling Specialist

Gutter Guards America (GGA Roofing) is seeking motivated Appointment Scheduling Specialists to join our dynamic call center team. This role is crucial in supporting our sales process by scheduling inspections and estimates for potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to schedule appointments for inspections and estimates for roofing, gutter guards, gutters, and siding services
• Qualify leads and gather essential information from potential customers
• Effectively overcome customer objections and confidently secure appointments
• Manage and optimize the scheduling calendar for our field sales representatives
• Provide excellent customer service and address basic inquiries about our products and services
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and follow-up

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using computers and CRM software
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in a call center or appointment setting role is a plus
