Position: Ticket Seller
Reports to: Ticket Operation Coordinator
The Ticket Seller will assist in completing gameday ticket transactions, while providing excellent customer service to patrons.

The Ticket Seller will assist in completing gameday ticket transactions, while providing excellent customer service to patrons.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Ticketmaster Sales Platform to process transactions and deliver mobile tickets
- Process credit card transactions
- Providing excellent customer service to all patrons
- Distribute mobile will call tickets when applicable
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills a must
- Must complete a successful comprehensive background check
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Flexible schedule: available March - September; able to work nights and weekends
- Technologically literate
