Cultivation Technician
Obtaining a Nevada Marijuana Establishment Agent Card is required to work in the cannabis industry and does not guarantee a position. Must have a valid temp agent card or agent card.
Position: Cultivation Technician

Duties:
Plant Maintenance- Cloning, transplanting, watering, harvesting. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and walk up and down one flight of stairs. Attention to detail is a must.
Daily general and deep cleaning duties throughout facility. Organization of areas. Light Construction, maintenance experience is preferred.
Days and Hours: Monday through Friday and alternating weekends. If a weekend is worked, two consecutive days off will be scheduled the following week. 7 or 8 am – 4 or 5pm daily. Two paid 15-minute breaks daily. One-hour mandatory lunch period daily.
Pay: $18.00 per hour for three-month probationary period. Per hour wage will be reviewed after probationary period. Qualify for bonus program after 30 days.
Benefits: 24 hours of PTO earned after one year of employment. Bonus structure.
Must have a reliable form of transportation.
