Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Completing preventive maintenance such as, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters and brake inspection & replacement.
- Maintains vehicle functional condition by conducting inspections; replacing parts and components
- Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems
- Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
- Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
- Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Requirements:
Junior Techs
- Active, Valid Florida Drivers License
- 1-2 years experience performing oil changes / tire service
- Professionalism
- Autonomy and sense of organisation
B Techs
- All of Junior Tech listed above
- Perform vehicle inspections and dianostics
- Carry out repairs
- some advanced level of certification
Senior Techs
- All of the above
- 5 plus years of professional experience as Senior Tech
- Advanced Level of Organization
- Work Independently
- Mentor
