H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a Program Manager to provide support to the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General. The Program Manager will manage performance across all tasks and provide project-related data, feedback, and updates.
The Program Manager responsibilities will include:
- Developing, documenting, and maintaining a project management plan to coordinate, prioritize and manage resources with quarterly milestones.
- Managing the maintenance and updating of data in the existing facility/project Microsoft SharePoint list and library databases.
- Overseeing all data collection and updates to ensure all required information is updated and accurate.
- Recommending methodologies on using existing data and models to automate the formulation of out-year budgets, carry-over cost across fiscal years, and managing expenses among various budget categories.
- Overseeing the completion of an analysis of business processes, data management techniques, dashboards and other data repositories.
- Delivering recommendations and proposals for modifications to existing agency developed Sharepoint and/or PowerBi dashboards, business processes for consolidating and manipulating organizational data to capture an operational goal or metric, designing and/or creating a new PowerBi dashboard, Sharepoint site to display operational data, and other similar deliverables.
- Overseeing the performance ad hoc analysis of organizational data, which may include the gathering and analysis of operational data from various sources, the analysis of raw data to identify patterns or specific critical factors and information,
Required Education:

- Bachelors Degree or greater in Real Property or Facilities Management, Public Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Budget, or Finance
Required Qualifications / Certifications:

- Minimum of five (5) years experience supporting real property or facilities management programs including managing all aspects of real property data, budgeting, forecasting, and creating and/or improving tools to support an agencies programs.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
