Our team based in Champlin,MN is currently seeking for a Commisioning Specialist . Our next colleague will hold a permanent & full-time position.
You will be responsible to maintain and repair sophisticated water and wastewater treatment systems in the field.

THE DAY TO DAY
- Explore about liquid treatment technologies like reverse osmosis (RO), ultrafiltration (UF), nanofiltration (NF), Membrane Bioreactors (MBR), and media filtration for industrial and municipal use;
- Manage Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) at our advanced H2OI manufacturing facility;
- Lead Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and oversee system start-ups at customer sites.
- Ensure precise equipment installation by comparing against drawings and providing guidance;
- Be the go-to person onsite for any questions about treatment systems;
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, process, and control issues on equipment like pumps, UV systems, blowers, and valves;
- Keep equipment running smoothly by optimizing and maintaining performance, including chemical dosing systems;
- Offer guidance and perform minor repairs to ensure system functionality;
- Collaborate with customers and engineering consultants to deliver top-notch solutions;
- Provide training sessions to owners and operators for effective system management;
- Fine-tune PLC, HMI, and VFD programming for improved efficiency;
- Provide clear technical summaries to stakeholders for transparency throughout the process.
THE SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A Bachelor or Associate Degree in Science / Engineering or a Technical Certificate in Instrumentation, Controls or Programming and / or Water Treatment Operations;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (MSExcel, MSWord, PowerPoint, MS Office Project, MSOutlook);
- Knowledge in various PLC programming software, an asset;
- Possesses excellent interpersonal, leadership and managerial skills;
- Ability to meet all customer site access requirements and maintains a high degree of behavioral safety in all aspects of work;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Must be available to travel, 80% of the work requires traveling;
- Be autonomous, resourceful and meticulous ;
- Provide excellent customer service.
