Reports to: Quality Assurance Manager
Type: Full-time, non-exempt
Salary: $26-27/hour

Job Description:
H2scan is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team and help develop
advanced solutions for new high-tech markets. We are looking for a candidate who is a
self-starter and takes ownership of their assignments. If you enjoy dynamic work
environments, have excellent creative problem-solving skills, and are able to work
independently and collaboratively, then this is the job for you.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving inspection of purchased parts
• Conduct in-process inspection
• Complete all aspects of final inspection
• Continuous improvement activities
• Documenting nonconforming product
• Processing corrective/preventative actions
• Assist in inventory and ERP system maintenance to meet quality objectives
  

Qualifications:

• High School graduate

• 2 years of hands-on experience in an electro-manufacturing environment
• ISO9001, AS9100 or similar background

• Accurate use of precision measuring devices including calipers, micrometers, ring,

plug, and pin gages.

• Proficient GD&T and ASME Y14.5M (Preferred)

• Knowledgeable about quality control for electronics manufacturing
• Able to communicate in oral and written form
• Good decision-making skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic computer competency
• ERP system utilization
• Physical Requirements: capable of operating necessary inspection and testing

equipment; able to lift up to 50 lbs
