What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager- Day Habilitation Program position at Habilitation Assistance Corporation?
Seeking an experienced manager with day program (serving adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities) experience for our South Yarmouth location. This position is full-time, salaried with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (40 hrs/wk).
Successful candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, with at least three years of relevant health care experience, of which at least two of those years must have been spent in a supervisory role. Six years of relevant health care experience, with three of those years serving in a supervisory role, may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. Must have excellent writing and communication skills, familiar with the development of service plans, proficient in the use of computers and iPads, and have strong organizational skills.
Duties include but are not limited to: overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program such as staff schedules/assignments, overseeing implementation of service plans, monitoring the safety of individuals, communicating regularly with the regional program director, submitting reports, and more.
