What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supervisor position at Habilitative Systems Inc?
SUMMARY
The Clinical Supervisor will provide direct day to day supervision, delegate work assignments, train and evaluate the performance of the MI Outpatient Services - Crisis Care team. This is an on-call position. The supervisor ensures that clients receive appropriate treatment and professional services from the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master degree from an accredited school in social work or related field.
- Must have LSW, LCSW, LCPC or LMFT licensure from the State of Illinois.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience
- Intermediate level computer skills using Microsoft programs.
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles, screening and assessment tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates daily MI Outpatient operations.
- Monitors and evaluates staff work performance and recommends professional development.
- Conducts case conferences, team meetings and documentation reviews.
- Maintains a caseload and manages more complex client cases.
- Performs outreach services to engage individuals needing Crisis Care.
