Facilitate the receipt and processing of donations while addressing donor questions. Aid in merchandising the sales floor and pricing items according to policy. Sort, price, and stock items, keeping the store clean and organized. Assist customers with inquiries and purchases to ensure a positive shopping experience. Accurately manage cash handling and credit card processing using the POS register. Participate in daily cleaning and maintenance activities. Attend daily staff meetings. Remain flexible in filling vacant shifts and extending work hours as necessary.Working Conditions:Full-time hours, including weekends and evenings as scheduled, up to 40 hours weekly.It is a fast-paced environment with frequent public interaction, which can be stressful. It requires physical activity, including standing, walking, and occasional climbing or kneeling. Additionally, this position is subject to extreme temperature variations.
