Description

Pay: $23.00 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Full time, overtime available
Benefits available after 60 days!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate team morning procedures to ensure proper arrival on job site
- Maintain tool facility
- Maintain parts and stock
- Inspect job site machinery 2 times per week
- Inspect employee vehicles 2 times per week
- Safety inspection on all crews on team monthly
- Manage team members through evaluations, warnings, feedback, appreciation, and termination
- Manage and assist each team member with individual jobs for successful implementation and completion as well as show dirty math and profitability
- Visit or contact all team members each day to discuss the job and needs of crews
- Discuss “Roll Call” between Supers to verify correct and to quickly double-check jobs and other teams’ jobs to make sure we are doing jobs as smart and as profitable as we can be
- Verify / Report upcoming job details with site visits while in the area
- Verify / Report completed jobs with site visits while in the area
- Manage problems, questions, and concerns from assigned customer(s)
- Review dailies of all team members and check for codes and billing accuracy
Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers as necessary
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize each individual job according to company standard
- Support customers in the Hadco process of scheduling
- Support other field managers when their crews are on your job sites
Qualifications:
- 10 years of Residential excavation experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and decipher site and engineering plans
- Computer Skills- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
